Keto diet is low carbohydrates and high fat diet the carbohydrates intake is cutted to large quantities and high fat diet is favoured

Disadvantages:
1) Long term effects of keto diet is still in clinical trials
2) Many people experience Keto flu due to change in energy source by Body
Common symptoms include:
Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Foggy brain, Headache etc.
3) Loss of water layer of our body decreases Sodium level which further leads to dehydration.
4) May have negative impact on heart
All though many celebrities are practicing keto diet and many nutritinalists and dieticians are promoting it still its long term impact are not studied so it is not possible solution which commen people will prefer.
